Nigel Bennett

Nigel Bennett is CEO of Molinare Creative Group, the creative collective bringing together Molinare TV & Film, Sound Warriors, Elephant Goldfish, Pip Studios and Notorious DIT.

A commercially driven leader with deep industry experience, Nigel oversees the strategic, operational and commercial direction of the Group. Since joining Molinare in 2019, he has led a period of growth through acquisitions, facility expansion and creative partnerships, strengthening the Group’s position as a leading independent post-production partner in the UK and internationally.

Prior to Molinare, Nigel was Group Director of Creative Services at Pinewood Group, where he oversaw global operational and client-facing functions across film, high-end television and games. He began his career in post-production as a re-recording mixer before moving into senior leadership roles across the industry.
