Des Carey is an internationally recognised leader in post-production and technology with more than 25 years’ experience spanning film, television and innovation. His career spans senior roles at Lucasfilm, Industrial Light & Magic, Company 3, Light Iron and Samsung, establishing him as a trusted leader in production workflow design and digital finishing for major international film franchises.

Having collaborated with filmmakers including Steven Spielberg, J. J. Abrams, David Fincher, Robert Zemeckis and Gore Verbinski, Des now leads strategic growth and partnerships at Elephant Goldfish, helping international productions maximise the creative and commercial advantages of delivering VFX and post in Ireland.
